Refund and Return Policy – Shrimanti

At Shrimanti, we value our customers and aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • A return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note: Certain items like innerwear, clearance sale items, and custom-made outfits are not eligible for returns for hygiene and customization reasons.


2. How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@shrimanti.com or call us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and arrange for a reverse pickup (if applicable).

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been inspected and approved by our quality team.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, etc.) within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account/UPI ID after verification.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for size issues or if you want a different product of equal or higher value (price difference applies). Exchange requests must also be raised within 7 days of delivery.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us a clear photo of the product within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
